At Q-dance Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your festival gear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the apparel is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
